Kouga is a different Municipality since the DA took over in 2016.
Long outstanding debt has been repaid, suppliers are doing business with Kouga, with the assurance they will be paid within 30 days and the Municipality is now regarded as being financially viable.
Service delivery has drastically improved with the regular collection of rubbish resulting in cleaner towns and a healthier environment for all of us.
