From the desk of Mayor Elza Van Lingen – 28 October 2016

Kouga’s ward boundaries have seen some changes following the recent Municipal Elections.

Here is a quick overview of the new wards and ward councillors.

The ward in which you live will determine which public meeting you should attend to give input in the drafting of a new Integrated Development Plan (IDP) for Kouga.

The IDP meetings start on 7 November 2016.
