The DA will be hosting a series of “We Can Win” rallies in the Battleground Metros over the next two weeks.
These local government elections will be the most important since 1994. The DA and ANC are neck-and-neck at the polls. We can win Tshwane, Nelson Mandela Bay and Johannesburg, and bring about the realchange that these cities need to move forward again.
This is more critical than ever. The ANC is taking South Africa in the wrong direction. It is more concerned with self-enrichment and protecting Jacob Zuma than delivering for the people of South Africa.
Since our Local Government Manifesto Launch in April, the DA has been campaigning vigorously in municipalities across the country, building momentum to our “We Can Win” rallies. We have been campaigning on a simple offer: we can bring the change that will stop corruption, bring honest government, deliver better services and create jobs.
We are on the brink of making history. We will continue to work as hard as possible so that we can bring the change South Africa needs to move forward again.
