The Democratic Alliance wishes to congratulate Eugene Goliath on his appointment as Job Evaluation Coordinator for Sarah Baartman District Municipality . He started on Monday 4 January 2016.
“We wish to thank him for his considerable contribution to his work as DA councillor in this municipality where he was the DA Caucus Chairperson. He also served us proudly in the constituency as constituency chairperson until after the 2014 national and provincial elections,” said Elza Van Lingen, the leader of the DA in Kouga.
Eugene took the opportunities on offer to further his studies to obtain qualifications in job evaluation and grades, practical labour law as well as advanced municipal finance management.
To these he added Governance effectiveness in relation to legal requirements imposed on political representatives.
Eugene is also considered an EPWP programme expert.
“We thank him for his contribution to the DA and his dedication to his work. We also need to thank Lucille, his wife, and children for sharing Eugene with us, added Van Lingen.
