Mmusi is the leader of the DA

In a historic moment in the history of South Africa, Mmusi Maimane was elected as leader of the Democratic Alliance and will replace Helen Zille.

The Eastern Cape is well represented with Athol Trollip being elected as Federal Chairperson of the DA.

The following leaders were elected at the DA Congress that took place this weekend in Port Elizabeth:
