Elza Van Lingen nominated unopposed as leader of NCOP

Chief of the DA in Kouga, Elza Van Lingen was nominated unopposed as the leader of the DA in the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) in Cape Town today.

Elza Van Lingen will ensure Kouga is well represented in Parliament.
