The Kouga Municipality has commenced with their annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The survey is one of the tools that assist the municipality to assess the level of satisfaction of residents in the various areas of service that the municipality renders.
This helps the municipality to know which areas to improve on and where to consolidate where good work is being done.
Questionnaires are available in all Municipal units and completed forms can be dropped in a box marked “Customer Satisfaction Survey”.
The questionnaires are also downloadable on the Kouga Municipality website http://www.kouga.gov.za and completed electronic versions can be emailed to msobele@kouga.gov.za.
Alternatively, these can be posted to P.O. Box 21, Jeffreys Bay, 6330.
This is an opportunity for the public to have their say about service delivery – lets use it!

All very laudable, I’m sure. Kouga Municipality held a similar survey last year. I challenge the Mayor to publish the full results of that survey and to report back to his constituency what action was taken as a result of the survey.
