The Democratic Alliance’s Leader in the National Council of Provinces, Elza van Lingen, Shadow Minister of Sport and Recreation, Donald Lee, DA Eastern Cape Leader, Athol Trollip and DA Amathole Constituency Leader, Nosimo Balindlela will be hosting a series of events this weekend ahead of the upcoming by-elections which will take place in Hankey, ward 9 and in Humansdorp, ward 5 on November 27.
