The recent passing of two Councillors (The DA’s Eugene Groep and the ANC’s Lulamile Ntshiza) in Kouga means that two bi-elections will be held in this municipality on 27 November.

If the Democratic Alliance (DA) wins these bi-elections, it will be the ruling party within this municipality.

The DA’s MP’s Donald Lee and Elza van Lingen will be hosting a public meeting in Hankey on Monday to discuss the importance of winning the bi-elections in Kouga this November.
