Are you a business owner who is owed money by the Kouga Municipality?
In terms of the legislation that governs a Municipality, there may not be 30 day and over creditors. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the Municipality receiving the invoice.
In Gauteng, the DA National Spokesperson Mmusi Maimane, DA Health Spokesperson in Gauteng Jack Bloom MPL and a former small business owner, Mr Vorster Rasodi, will go to the Gauteng Health Department to deliver a memorandum demanding that the Gauteng Health Department pays its bills and saves jobs.
Information will be provided on Mr Rasodi’s experience with the Gauteng Health Department. Because of the Department’s failure to pay its bills, Mr Rasodi has had to close down his business. The DA is aware of many other businesses that are experiencing similar problems.
The DA in Kouga is also aware that many business owners are owed money by the Municipality and we ask all business, small or large to contact us via democrat@truewan.co.za and tell us of your problem.
The Kouga cannot afford to lose jobs due to non payment of local government debt.

Undeniably believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification appeared to be
on the net the easiest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while
people think about worries that they just don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
